Damon has just over 22 years experience
in the glass industry.
In 1989, he started by doing everything from washing
the fleet of glass trucks, to repairing screens, or delivering
a load of windows. The following 9 years were spent training,
and becoming certified as both a commercial and residential
glazier.
He then took employment with the largest window manufacture
on the west coast, training others to be certified in
the greater San Diego, CA. area before moving to Flagstaff.

an opportunity to do what I love most of all, work with
people.”
